دراسة عن المرکبات النسجية ثلاثية الأبعاد

المستخلص

إن السبب وراء النمو السريع في استخدام المواد المرکبة وشعبيتها في مجال الهندسة وعلوم المواد في العقود الثلاثة الماضية; هو أنها توفر مزيجاً جذاباً للغاية من الصلابة والمتانة وخفة الوزن.فالجيل الأول من المرکب النسجي کان عبارة عن شرائح ثنائية الأبعاد وعلى الرغم من خواصها الجيدة إلا أنها تعاني من ضعف في بعض الخصائص، وکذلک استهلاک وقت کبير في معالجة الأقمشة وإهدار المواد و تنوع منخفض في التصميم. وکان الدافع وراء تطوير مرکبات ثلاثية الأبعاد القائمة على النسيج هو الحاجة إلى تقليل تکلفة التصنيع وزيادة الخصائص الميکانيکية من خلال السمک Thickness وکذلک تحسين تحمل الاجهاد. وتستخدم مرکبات النسيج المدعمة في التطبيقات التقنية، فالهياکل النسجية ثلاثية الأبعاد منخفضة الوزن وذات أداء ميکانيکي عالي.
وحيث أن المزيد من التطور التکنولوجي يعتمد على التقدم في مجال المواد فأصبحت المواد المرکبة تمثل نهجاً جديداً في عملية تطوير المواد. ويوفر الجمع بين مادتين أو أکثر الحصول على مواد جديدة بخصائص مُحسنة وإمکانيات واسعة للتطوير. فتوفر مادة جديدة تلبي المتطلبات المحددة مُسبقا للتطبيق، بالإضافة إلى مزايا أخرى مثل مرونة التصميم وإمکانية التنبؤ وتحسين الخصائص وعمليات التصنيع.
وقد أدى النمو السريع في الصناعات التحويلة إلى الحاجة لتحسين المواد من حيث القوة والصلابة والکثافة وخفض التکلفة. وقد ظهرت المواد المرکبة کواحدة من المواد التي تمتلک مثل هذا التحسين في الخصائص والتي تخدم إمکانياتها مجموعة متنوعة من التطبيقات.
