Abstract
Art plays an important role in raising psychological awareness and the sensory, mental and emotional level of a person, making him more civilized and sensitive towards others, and he has a stronger sense of belonging and love for his community and family. Cinema and television are the contemporary extension of Aristotelian theater, whether on the entertainment level as an art or in their use by therapists who use metaphors, symbols, and images to help those in need of treatment or support to explore ideas and feelings. The moving picture is one of the most important means of visual communication that affects viewers, as it is a means of communication with characteristics and features that distinguish it from other arts such as dance, drawing, sculpture, etc., because it contains the visual (image) and audible (sound) aspects in addition to movement, so it addresses more than one sense in the viewer. The study assumes that the moving image intellectually andal, poetic, imaginative discourse, and contains visual content that guides us towards truth and knowledge directly through the senses, as reading the moving image begins visually, then mentally, meaning that the viewer is affected cognitively and intellectually, and moves towards contemplating the shot and coming up with an idea that it cognitively arouses, and ideas are generated in the viewer's mind through the pictures of the scene, so the moving picture plays an effective role as a free treatment for the deepest, most delicate and most widespread social and psychological problems, especially the life pressures that accumulate daily.
