Abstract

Abstract:
     Art as a unique language allows a person to project the components inside him that he may not be able to express verbally. Hence, art therapy is one of the appropriate artistic methods to reflect the patient’s condition and encourage him to form a metaphorical and symbolic language that rebuilds his personality again.
The process of creating works of art by printing on paper; Each print is considered a distinct work, and is correctly referred to as an impression and not a copy.
 Development and synthesis through formal energy and the application of different materials and textures through monotype printing (monotype) and combining them with photography and the tendency to invest in the concepts and trends of modern art and linking them to the fields of plastic arts is It has the greatest impact in achieving this impression. The most important thing that distinguishes black and white photography is itself, its main deficiency element.
As the colors disappear, we are content with the two basic colors, which requires compensating for the space that the image lacks by missing, the color element has increased, and here comes the role of exploiting the shadows and depth in the image. Despite the advent of technology Modern technologies have made images higher quality and colors sharper, but this type of black and white photography He still has a special place; Here comes the role of research in linking the aesthetics of the monotype printing method and the attempt of experimentation to exploit those aesthetic and plastic possibilities of black and white photography for these methods, moving away from the direct transfer of shapes.
This is done using monotype and black and white photocollage. Important challenges have emerged that have imposed themselves on the art of plastic photography and research into the structure of form from the standpoint of deconstructing visual facts and reformulating them into a new visual structure, using the collage technique. It is a visual art that relies on combining and pasting types of materials and parts of hand-made paper. Collage is several materials such as newspaper clippings. Photographs, etc., and these pieces are collected and pasted on a piece of paper or cloth. It is an art that creates a kind of impact on the recipient.
The mind may see the image in a way that is inconsistent with the reality that it sees in its entirety, so it resorts to editing and cutting (photocollage), using the appropriate textures and materials that are implemented by monotype printing by the black and white technical staff in order to achieve what it wants in an imaginary world.
Hence, the research problem can be summarized in an attempt to answer the following question:
How can art therapy be achieved by synthesizing the formal energy of monotype and black and white photography, So that it does not make the recipient subject to strict, specific rules of composition, but rather makes him free to express himself and his visions?
The research aims to link the aesthetics of the monotype printing style and attempt experimentation to synthesize the formal energy of monotype and black and white photography.
The research follows the inductive approach to collect information and data about the monotype printing method and attempts to experiment to exploit these aesthetic and plastic possibilities and combine them with black and white photography and exploit shadows and depth in the image. Then the research follows the applied approach to models of the researcher’s design.
