الملخص Abstract:
تقنية إنتاج الأقمشة غير المنسوجة المركبة من التقنيات التكنولوجية المستخدمة في إنتاج المنسوجات التقنية في مجال الطب والجراحة. تُستخدم العباءات الجراحية لتقليل انتشار الأمراض المعدية وكذلك لها تأثير كبير على راحة أعضاء الفريق الجراحي وبالتالي نجاح العمليات الجراحية. لذلك يهدف هذا البحث إلى إجراء دراسة تجريبية لبيان مدي تأثير بعض عوامل التركيب البنائي لأقمشة العباءات الجراحية المنتجة من الأقمشة غير المنسوجة المركبة على خواص الأداء الوظيفي لها حيث تم إنتاج عينتين من الأقمشة غير المنسوجة المركبة:1- Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond nonwoven fabric laminated Microporous polyethylene film laminated Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond nonwoven fabric (SMS PP/Microporous PE film/SMS PP). 2- Spunbond/Meltblown/Spunbond nonwoven fabric laminated Microporous polyethylene film laminated Spunbond nonwoven fabric (SMS PP/Microporous PE film/SB PP) . تم مقارنتها بالقماش غير المنسوج المركب Spunbond nonwoven fabric laminated Microporous polyethylene film laminated Spunbond nonwoven fabric (SB PP/Microporous PE film/SB PP). الموجود في السوق المحلى. أظهرت نتائج الاختبارات أن القماش غير المنسوج المركب (SMS PP/Microporous PE film/SMS PP) حقق أعلى قيمة ضغط هيدروستاتيكي وبالتالي يلبي المستوى الرابع وفقًا للمواصفة القياسية الأمريكية (ANSI/AAMI PB 70:12). كما حققت الأقمشة غير المنسوجة المركبة مانعا فعالا ضد الاختراق البكتيري الرطب (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus) بنسبة تبلغ 100٪. فيما يتعلق بنفاذية الهواء نجد أن القماش غير المنسوج المركب (SB PP/Microporous PE film/SB PP) حقق أعلى قيمة 7.2 سم3/سم2/ث. وفيما يخص نفاذية بخار الماء نجد أن القماش غير المنسوج المركب (SMS PP/Microporous PE film/SB PP) حقق أعلى قيمة 39.66 جم/ساعة/م2. وبالنسبة للنشاط المضاد لكل من بكتريا (Staphylococcus aureus) و (Escherichia coli) نجد أن الأقمشة غير المنسوجة المركبة حققت نتائج جيدة كأقمشة تستخدم لمرة واحدة.
