Peer Review Process

  • The author sends the research summary electronically on the journal’s website to obtain its approval so that the number of words does not exceed 250-300 words, and ensures that it appropriate to the scope and aims of the journal.

  • Once the summary is accepted, the author is notified through an electronic statement sending to him/her from the journal's website.

  • Author submits the full paper on the journal’s web page, author name is deleted from paper and code is been given.

  • The paper is then sent to reviewers who are selected according to their specialization and experience in the field. An evaluation form is attached with the paper which includes required criteria for evaluation.

  • The entire process of reviewing should take a maximum 2months from first Abstract submission date.

  • The reviewing process should take a maximum 2 months from first Abstract submission date through two reviewers one of the is international and the other is regional or local one.  Reviewers should answer the evaluation form with a clear; Accepted, Accepted with minor corrections, Accepted with major corrections or Rejected.

  • The author makes the required amendments after sending the paper to him and after removing the reviewer’s name.

  • In the case of major corrections, the paper resends again to the reviewers to ensure from the changed amendments.

  • In case of minor corrections, a team from editorial board is formed to review and ensure from making amendments.

  • After making the required amendments by the author and confirming them, the paper is published in one of the journal’s publications, which are issued every three months.

  • In case of paper rejection by one of the reviewers, the paper is sent to a third reviewer, whom is approved by the chief editor.

  • In the case of rejection from two reviewers, the author is to be told by a final rejection.
