The research aims to present a proposal for the sustainable urban development of "KUDAY parking Lots" with an emphasis on the heritage identity of the study area “Al-Haram” and Mecca.
Summarized the research methodology in three parts: the first is theoretical deals with some of the concepts and backgrounds theory which dealt with the paper, and the second is an analytical study include monitoring and analyzing the problems congestion in the area of Al- Haram and the tunnels leading to "KUDAY parking Lots" through field studies of the area to determine the causes of the problem, while the third part deals with results and recommendations.
