The aim of this study was to identify the effectiveness of using simulation on Professional competencies of fresh graduates in garment design and manufacturing. 40 fresh graduates of Garment design participated in the experiment. This sample is divided into two groups: the first group is concerned with using simulated Designing environment, the second group by traditional method in there work places. 3D’ssimulated models were used as an intervention. Acheck sheet was used for observing the Competencies of the participants in designing models and patterns. Results reveal that there is significant difference between experimental group and control group In understanding and designing models and patterns in favour of using simulation.
