Design of an educational electronic program by using 3d photographs to develop the knowledge and behavior skills of deaf children

Abstract
With the increasing interest in the development of special education and its different services
in a systematic and conceptual manner compatible with the scientific and human progress in
all scientific fields that care of human, development, society and deal with disabled persons ;
several concepts concerning with disabled persons appeared to respond their educational
needs and try to offer educational services compatible with these needs.
As societies want to achieve balance and deal with disabled persons like everyone else they
have right to live decent life , learn, receive treatment and acquire skills to become productive
persons in society so they can benefit their society in certain field of life ; disabled persons
case occupies the attention of countries , local and international organizations because the
human element is the main factor that countries depend on it to achieve social and cultural
development so we have noticed recently a large care of disabled persons .
Deaf children considered a type of disabled persons and because they don’t hear ,photo is
better than 1000 words for them as photo is an important optical stimulant so it is suitable in
the education process of deaf children and after the huge technological development in
photography photo transferred from 2d to 3d form that offer more reality and transfer you to
the true world as it takes attention so it is important to use it in education field of deaf
children to enhance information transfer in a fast manner .
This search aims to make educational electronic program by using 3d photographs to
develop the knowledge and behavior skills of this type of disabled persons to reach the
wanted aim
