Abstract

This research studies the importance of employing printed smart textiles in the interior design of living rooms and its reflection on the behavior of individuals in the home and its impact on comfort, well-being, health, safety and privacy, and its reflection on the efficiency and performance of the home in terms of form and function. With the help of modern computers in the design and production of interactive smart textiles, all these concepts are no longer a simple matter that is seen in passing but have become an important and necessary matter. For the field of interior design, which in turn has motivated designers to integrate smart solutions into aspects of interior design, and one of these solutions is the use of smart textiles printed with contemporary designs to distinguish them with characteristics that solve many interior design problems and enable designers to produce interactive artworks in smart interior design for living rooms And the extent of the link and integration between them in producing an image with aesthetic values ​​that keep pace with the contemporary era Ali, where these textiles can allow the interior design to change in their colors and shapes and the extent of their response and recognition and their designs and methods of application and printing in interior design. And printed with a contemporary identity and used in smart interior design with the same identity for the living rooms, to reach the results that achieve the goal of the research.
