Abstract
abstract:
Woven fabrics are characterized by a sophisticated aesthetic appearance, but the weaving process requires special, expensive preparations and equipment. Therefore, in this research, fabrics are produced that are comparable to fabrics woven in the trico style, which is more cost effective and faster in production. Islamic geometric motifs will be used in this research to enrich the aesthetics of knitted fabrics and enhance their value as the market needs it. In the field of knitting, the research aims to explore how to benefit from the aesthetics of color effects of textile compositions and Islamic geometric decorations in enriching the designs of knitted fabrics, and to benefit from modern computer technology in producing innovative designs through a special design program “Adobe Photo”. "Shop" - "Adobe Illustrator". In this research, ten samples were carried out with different operational specifications. Machine gauges (7, 12, 14) were used, and weft materials (a mixture of viscose, polyester, nylon, polyacrylic, and viscose). It was implemented on (STOLL and SHINE STAR) machines. The research concluded that (the eighth sample) achieved the highest quality factor, 92.35%, produced on the (SHINE STAR) machine, Gouge 7. The material used is 100% polyacrylic compared to the other samples, and we have benefited from The aesthetics of the color effects of textile compositions and Islamic geometric decorations used in this research enrich the knitted fabrics produced. Fabrics have been produced that are similar to fabrics woven in the knitting style, which is cheaper and faster in production.
