Abstract:
While investigating the current situation of the great galleries in the 21st century, it can be noticed that there are distinctive design features as a result of being affected by modern technologies. Thus, the field of study has been limited to exhibitions that have been established or developed in the twenty-first century. The galleries analysis and monitoring processes were limited to this period of time. This research defines the factors affecting the design of galleries in the 21st century, which the research divided into design, technological and environmental factors. This research also reviews these factors in detail together with an analytical study to show to how extent such factors affect the design of the great galleries in the 21st century. due to the possibility of benefiting from them in making designs capable of being implemented according to international standards.
