Abstract
Abstract:
Textile structures are the basic construction tools for the textile, and therefore they give the textile a different behavior with the change in the compositions used. There are some compositions that lead to shrinkage in the textile, some of which lead to wrinkling of parts rather than others, and some of them which in turn lead to the flatness of the surface of the textile and its shine or roughness. And extinguishing it, or creating prominent places in the woven fabric and others sunken, and other effects (1) p. 49. Also, by means of double weaving, it is possible to make fabrics that have separate places and cohesive places, or tubular fabrics that are cohesive on the bracel side only, or fabrics that combine separate and cohesive places. Together, with the possibility of adding filler in separate places, this gives thickness and a third dimension to the fabric.
The study aims to introduce three-dimensional fabrics based on duplex fabric, and the methods of bonding and padding in duplex textiles, which gives a third dimension to the fabric, making it a three-dimensional fabric. It is used for three-dimensional bed linen fabrics that resist bed sores, as a group of three-dimensional duplex fabrics were produced with different variations. And various variants of cotton and viscose materials, and depending on the type of filler used, whether internal filler on the loom or external filler, and also by adding Lycra wefts or without it, and with different sizes for the prominent places in the Hanicom textile composition of the face, where the width of the separate pens in which the filler is placed (small 4 cm, medium 6 cm, large 8 cm) and knit pens 1 cm. The properties of the three-dimensional fabrics produced were analyzed by research in the laboratories of the National Center for Textile Research, and laboratory tests were conducted in accordance with standard specifications to evaluate some functional properties such as (weight, thickness, thickness after the compression effect is removed, and the best loss percentage In the “least loss of thickness” fish, the results showed that sample (14) with the external filling method is the best sample that achieved the best results in most of the functional properties with specifications of viscose material and a separate pen width of 8 cm “large” and with the addition of Lycra, with the highest quality factor ratio. (89.484%), followed by sample no. (16) with an external filling style with specifications of viscose material, and the width of the separate pen is 6 cm “medium” and with the addition of Lycra, with a quality factor (88.555%), and the sample was the least in achieving the functional properties, sample No. (12). ) with internal filling style with specifications of viscose material, and the width of the separate pen is 4 cm “small” and without the addition of Lycra, with the lowest percentage of quality factor (34.906%).
